Garret to Gallery
A group exhibition of emerging artists from the Front Up Get Out of the Garret project

Exhibition Dates
11 March – 5 April

Overview

In collaboration with Artspace through the Ideas Platform exhibition space, Garret to Gallery features work by 16 artists who are connected through the Get Out of the Garret project (GOG), an initiative of the Western Sydney cultural program Front Up.

GOG supports professional and emerging artists living with or without disability by providing studio space at the Front Up hub in Seven Hills, along with exhibition, professional development, and networking opportunities.

Garret to Gallery brings together new and experimental work by professional and emerging artists that inquire into and discusses themes such as environmental stability, cultural connection, language and how lived experience informs artist practices.

Through participating in Garret to Gallery, each artist is sharing critical insight into their practice and contributing to the culture of GOG community.
