Artspace Public Programs include regular symposia and conference events, often presented in partnership with peer organisations and educational institutions. Recent events include 'Conceptual Art Legacies' (2006) presented in association with David Pestorius Projects and College of Fine Arts, UNSW (CoFA); 'Re-Framing Art: The Conditions of Theory' (2006); 'iArt: Image, Ideology and Technology in the Age of Personal Media' (2007) and 'Space, Light and Democracy' (2008) both presented in association with CoFA and aesthetics, anti-aesthetics, non-aesthetics, new aesthetics' (2008); and the related conference and symposia events 'Spaces of Art' and One Way or Another: Artist self-organisation in New South Wales' (both 2009).
